A msg from the Company...:


Effective immediately, we are revising the annual leave policy across Asia:


-There will be no "carry over" of any annual leave balances not used by year end of 2009.


-Any unused, annual leave balance as of December 31, 2009, will be considered to be voluntarily and automatically waived.


-All other elements of the annual leave policy remain unchanged.



This policy requires all of you to work closely with your manager and other team members to carefully plan your annual leave for the entire year.
To do this, we strongly urge you to plan vacation each quarter.



For Senior Management:
Individuals in these positions will be required to waive 10 days of their annual leave entitlement from either their 2008 carried forward balance and/or their new 2009 leave entitlement.
5 days of annual leave will be waived in the beginning of the first quarter and 5 days waived in the beginning of the second quarter 2009.





1sty, U CUTTED our Bonus...
2ndly, U RETRENCH the workers...
3rdly, U EAT up our Leave..
4thly, U may CUT our pay..
Lastly, U going to have a 2nd round of RETRENCHMENT
